Meanwhile, Mike hits on a new theme for his bar; Sean seeks out treatment for his bad back; and Tommy meets Sheila's psycho-dramaturge.

Meanwhile, Mike's bar opens; Sean's back still hurts; and Sheila's psycho-dramaturge tells her to "purge" herself of Tommy.

A personal milestone finds Tommy back at September 11. Genevieve's perspective on September 11 incenses Tommy, whereas Franco's point of view has more dire consequences. Meanwhile, Sean's back pain turns out to be more serious than he had expected and the success of Mike's bar comes a handful. After a fight in the Station, Needles gives a stern lecture to the guys.
